摘要
目的探讨“引带导气”推拿法联合康复训练在痉挛型脑瘫(SCP)患儿康复中的应用效果。方法选取兰陵县人民医院2020年1月至2022年4月收治的78例SCP患儿,按随机数字表法分为两组,各39例。对照组予以康复训练干预,观察组加用“引带导气”推拿法干预,持续干预3个月。比较两组精细运动功能、痉挛程度、平衡能力、粗大运动功能测评量表(GMFM)评分。结果干预后观察组视觉-运动整合、抓紧评分高于对照组,Ashworth痉挛量表评分低于对照组,Berg平衡量表评分、GMFM评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“引带导气”推拿法联合康复训练可加快SCP患儿精细运动功能恢复,减轻肢体痉挛程度,改善平衡能力。
Objective To explore the application effect of“guiding belt and guiding qi”massage combined with rehabilitation training in the rehabilitation of children with spastic cerebral palsy(SCP).Methods A total of 78 children with SCP admitted to People’s Hospital of Lanling County from January 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given rehabilitation training intervention,and the observation group added“guiding belt and guiding qi”massage for 3 months.The scores of fine motor function,spasticity,balance ability and gross motor function measure(GMFM)were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the visual-motor integration and grasping scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group,the modified Ashworth scale score was lower than that in the control group,and the Berg balance scale and GMFM scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion“Guiding belt and guiding qi”massage combined with rehabilitation training can accelerate the recovery of fine motor function,reduce the degree of limb spasm,improve balance ability in children with SCP.
