Objective To observe the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in pediatric venous blood sampling. Methods A total of 60 children with venous blood sampling admitted to the Outpatient Department of Tai’an Municipal Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group used usual nursing intervention, and the observation group used targeted nursing intervention, and the stress performance(heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and pain score),the success rate of one blood sampling, the crying time and family satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The stress performance of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of one-time blood sampling was higher, the crying time was shorter, and the family satisfaction was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted nursing intervention in pediatric venous blood sampling is effective in improving the success rate of one-time blood sampling and family satisfaction, stabilizing the children’s emotions, and can be applied and promoted in clinical practic e.
