摘要
目的:对比综合护理在蛛网膜下腔出血患者中的应用价值。方法:将蛛网膜下腔出血患者作为本次研究的主要对象,纳入200个病例,总例数采取抽签分组方式分为两组,观察组100例(实施综合护理)、对照组100例(实施常规护理),将两组各项指标进行对比。结果:观察组焦虑评分(42.02±1.02)分、抑郁评分(40.21±1.12)分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组VAS评分(1.45±0.11)分低于对照组的(3.45±1.27)分(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后CRP低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后GCS评分(13.25±1.45)分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预和常规护理相比,优势显著,且能够改善患者心理状态,减轻机体疼痛。
Objective:To compare the application value of comprehensive nursing in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods:Patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage were the main subjects of this study,200 cases were included.The patients were collected from 2018 to 2019.The total number of patients was divided into two groups by lot.100 cases in the observation group(comprehensive nursing)and 100 cases in the control group(routine nursing).The indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of anxiety(42.02±1.02)and depression(40.21±1.12)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group(1.45±0.11)was lower than that of the control group(3.45±1.27)(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,CRP in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The GCS score(13.25±1.45)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional nursing,comprehensive nursing intervention has significant advantages,and can improve the patient's psychological state and reduce body pain.
