摘要
目的探究前列地尔联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病足感染(diabetic foot infection,DFI)的临床效果。方法将2020年2月—2022年6月凉山彝族自治州第二人民医院收治的100例DFI患者作为研究对象,通过随机抽样法分对照组(采用前列地尔治疗)和研究组(采用前列地尔+依帕司他治疗),各50例。观察比较治疗前后两组患者的疗效及血清炎症因子水平变化情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组ABI、IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组ABI、IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α优于治疗前,且研究组IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α低于对照组,而ABI高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔及依帕司他联合应用可改善炎性因子水平,进一步提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of alprostadil combined with epalrestat in the treatment of diabetic foot infection(DFI).Methods A total of 100 DFI patients admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture from February 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(treated with alprostadil)and a study group(treated with alprostadil+epalutam),with 50 patients in each group.Observed and compared the efficacy and changes in serum inflammatory factor levels of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 98.00%,higher than the 82.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in ABI,IL-6,hs-CRP,TNF-αbetween the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of ABI,IL-6,hs-CRP,and TNF in both groups were better than before treatment,and the levels of IL-6,hs-CRP,and TNF-αin the study group were lower than the control group,while ABI was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of alprostadil and eparastatin can improve the levels of inflammatory factors and further enhance the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
