摘要
目的观察原发性肝癌(primary hepatocellular carcinoma,PHC)与血清25(OH)维生素D水平的相关性。方法抽取2018年8月—2020年8月莆田市第一医院PHC患者50例作为观察组,抽取同时期健康体检者50例作为对照组。检测两组血清25(OH)D3水平以及甲胎蛋白(alpha fetoprotein,AFP)水平。结果观察组血清25(OH)D3水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组AFP水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PHC血清患者25(OH)D3水平与中国肝癌分期(China live cancer staging,CNLC)、淋巴结转移有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对PHC患者,其血清25(OH)D3水平主要相关因素为CNLC分期、淋巴结转移,根据血清25(OH)D3水平可为疾病治疗及其预后评估提供依据。
Objective To observe the correlation between primary liver cancer(Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma,abbreviated PHC)and serum 25(OH)vitamin D levels.Methods From August 2018 to August 2020,a total of 50 PHC patients from Putian First Hospital of Fujian Medical University were selected as the observation group,and 50 health examination patients in the same period were selected as the control group.Serum 25(OH)D3 levels and Alpha Fetoprotein(abbreviated AFP)levels were measured in both groups.Results The serum level of 25(OH)D3 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The AFP level in the observation group was higher than the control group,statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of 25(OH)D3 in PHC serum patients was related to China live cancer staging(CNLC stage)and lymph node metastasis,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For PHC patients,the main related factors of serum 25(OH)D3 level are CNLC stage and lymph node metastasis,and the serum 25(OH)D3 level can provide a basis for disease treatment and its prognosis evaluation.
