摘要
当前,大直径钢筋在现代工程项目中的应用越来越广泛,钢筋费用在工程造价中的占比也越来越高。文章以大连湾海底隧道沉管预制项目为例,该项目沉管预制构造复杂,钢筋用量大、规格种类繁多,如果采用常规定尺钢筋加工生产,将产生巨大浪费,且功效低下。因此文章结合现场经验,在大直径非定尺钢筋的使用构思、采购策略和应用价值方面作了深入探讨,对过程中遇到的问题进行了分析,总结其应用成效,旨在研究大直径非定尺钢筋在大型预制项目的应用价值,对类似项目的应用有所裨益。
At present,the application of large-diameter steel bars in modern engineering projects is more and more extensive,and the proportion of steel bar cost in engineering cost is also increasing.This paper takes Dalian Bay Undersea Tunnel Immersed Tube Prefabrication Project as an example.The immersed tube prefabrication structure of this project is complex,the amount of the steel bar is large,and the specifications are various.If the regular fixed length steel bar is used for processing and production,it will cause huge waste with low efficiency.Therefore,based on the field experience,this paper makes an in-depth discussion on the use concept,procurement strategy and application value of large-diameter non-fixed length steel bars,analyzes the problems encountered in the process,and summarizes application results,aiming to study the application value of large-diameter non-fixed length steel bars in large-scale prefabricated projects,which is beneficial to similar projects.
