摘要
随着我国基础建设水平的提升,工程建设行业快速发展,建筑数量增多,我国对建筑行业的可持续发展要求也逐步提升,传统工程管理模式已无法满足我国建筑工程的需求,政府开始大力推行全过程工程咨询服务模式,促进工程咨询的升级与转型。但全过程工程咨询面临诸多问题,数字化管理模式应运而生,其可使全过程工程咨询管理工作更系统化、统一化,推进我国建筑工程咨询业的发展。基于此,文章概述了全过程工程咨询项目,分析了全过程工程咨询项目发展中存在的问题,并在此基础上从八个方面提出了全过程工程咨询项目数字化管理策略。
With the improvement of China's infrastructure construction level,the rapid development of the engineering construction industry and the increase in the number of buildings,China's requirements for the sustainable development of the construction industry have gradually increased.The traditional engineering management model has been unable to meet the needs of China's construction projects.The government has begun to vigorously promote the whole process engineering consulting service model to promote the upgrading and transformation of engineering consulting.However,the whole process engineering consulting faces many problems,and the digital management mode emerges as the times require,which can make the whole process engineering consulting management more systematic and unified,and promote the development of China's construction engineering consulting industry.Based on this,this paper summarizes the whole process engineering consulting project,and analyzes the problems existing in the development of the whole process engineering consulting project.On this basis,the digital management strategy of the whole process engineering consulting project is put forward from eight aspects.
