钻井工程质量评价体系及其应用

摘要 目前钻进中仅根据钻井参数主观判断井眼质量,容易出现误判。根据其他学科常用的评价体系,提出了井眼情况评价体系,该体系将钻进过程中各种钻井参数进行分类,包括钻井卡钻,循环漏失,地面仪表显示和井眼净化4个大类,每个大委又细化分为多个小类,对每一小类进行赋值通过各小项累加的总分来评价井眼的情况。得分在14分及以上时,井眼情况完全正常:得分为13分时,意味着出现轻微异常,表明井眼情况比较正常:得分在13分以下时,表明复杂情况出现的概率增加,可以认为井下不正常。将该评价体系在江苏油田的2口井进行了应用,评价结果与井眼情况完全一致。该评价体系适用性广,可适用于石油行业的各类施工,可以减化施工流程,缩短钻井时间,节约钻井投资。 At present,subjective judgment of wellbore quality is only based on drilling parameters,which is prone to misjudgment.Based on commonly used evaluation systems in other disciplines,a wellbore condition evaluation system has been proposed.This system categorizes various drilling parameters during the drilling process,including four major categories:drilling jamming,circulation loss,ground instrument display,and wellbore purification.Each major category is further divided into multiple sub categories,and each sub category is assigned a value to evaluate the wellbore condition by accumulating the total score of each sub item.When the score is 14 or above,the wellbore condition is completely normal;when the score is 13,it indicates a slight abnormality,indicating that the wellbore condition is relatively normal;when the score is below 13,it indicates an increase in the probability of complex situations occurring,and can be considered abnormal underground.The evaluation system was applied to two wells in Jiangsu Oilfield,and the evaluation results were completely consistent with the wellbore situation.This evaluation system has wide applicability and can be applied to various constructions in the petroleum industry,reducing construction processes,shortening drilling time,and saving drilling investment.
