摘要
随着无人机在警务领域的应用规模不断扩大,如何在警务应用中更加规范、有序和高效地使用无人机成为当前亟须探索的课题。为此,提出无人机警务应用标准化这一概念,指出无人机在警务应用中受到装备建设基础薄弱、使用管理缺乏规范、警务效能释放不足等问题的制约,建议从前期技术论证、相关法规制定和技战术创新等方面入手,构建一套无人机警务应用标准化体系。
As the scale of UAVs application in police field is expanding,how to use UAVs in police application in a more standard,orderly and efficient manner has become an urgent task to be explored.Therefore,this paper puts forward the concept of standardization of UAVs policing application,and analyzes the limitations of UAVs in policing application,such as the weak foundation of equipment construction,the lack of standardization of use and management,and the insufficient release of policing efficiency,etc.It is suggested that a set of standardization system of UAVs police application should be established based on the preliminary technical demonstration,related laws and regulations and innovation of technology and tactics.
