摘要 针对一些电机方面书籍描述混合式步进电机细分驱动原理中存在的问题,通过磁动势计算分析,得出混合式步进电机的阶梯波电流细分驱动不是一些书籍上描述的等幅匀速旋转磁场。提出按正弦波规律采样的细分驱动可以得到等幅匀速的旋转磁场,指出步进电机细分驱动的本质原理是来源于交流电机的原理,空间完全对称且绕组参数都相同的交流电机绕组,通过时间相位差和其余参数都相等的正弦波电流驱动时,其合成磁场是一个圆形旋转磁场。 In view of the problems in some motor books describing the subdivision driving principle of hybrid stepper motor,through the calculation and analysis of magnetomotive force,it was concluded that the step-wave current subdivision drive of hybrid stepper motor was not the constant amplitude and constant speed rotating magnetic field described in some books;It was proposed that the constant amplitude and constant speed rotating magnetic field could be obtained by the subdivision drive sampled according to the sine wave law.It was pointed out that the essential principle of subdivided drive of stepper motor was derived from the principle of AC motor.When the motor winding with completely symmetrical space and the same winding parameters was driven by sine wave current with equal time phase difference and other parameters,its composite magnetic field was a circular rotating magnetic field.
