摘要
以沈阳地铁1号线东延线工程为依据,根据实际的勘察地质情况设计复合式刀盘结构,相比较常规复合式刀盘中心位置进行升级,增加中心开口率及提供渣土流动性;针对升级后的刀盘,通过有限元仿真对各种工况下的刀盘结构进行强度与刚度的分析,获取刀盘等效应力云图与位移云图,验证新形式刀盘在不同工况下强度的合理性;并对新形式的刀盘进行了模态分析,得到了刀盘前6阶固有频率在(29~114)Hz范围内变化,表明刀盘的整体最大位置在刀盘边缘且振幅不大。
Based on the East extension project of Shenyang Metro Line 1,the compound cutter head structure was designed according to the actual geological investigation.Compared with the conventional compound cutter head center position,the center opening rate was increased and muck fluidity was provided.The strength and stiffness of the upgraded cutter head structure were analyzed by finite element simulation under various working conditions,and the equivalent stress nephogram and displacement nephogram were obtained to verify the rationality of the strength of the new cutter head under different working conditions.The modal analysis of the new cutter head was carried out,and the first 6 order natural frequency of the cutter head was obtained in the range of(29~114)Hz,and the overall maximum position of the cutter head was at the edge of the cutter head and the amplitude was not large.
