水下钻孔爆破应力分析与孔网参数优化 被引量:3

摘要 为探究水下钻孔爆破应力响应规律与最佳孔网参数的布置情况,研究水下钻孔爆破爆轰波传播规律,以提升水下钻孔爆破的设计水平。通过LS-DYNA软件,建立有限元分析模型,并设立多种工况条件下的爆破模型,研究了不同起爆方式、不同水深以及不同孔网参数条件下被爆岩石的应力变化,并进行分析比较,从中选择最佳模型。结果表明:孔底起爆应力传播快、时间长、对上部岩石破碎性好,而应力分布不太均匀;中间起爆应力分布均匀但最大应力不足;两端同时起爆时最大应力足够强但上部岩石的应力却是最小的。在不同水深条件下,水深变化对于岩石的峰值应力的影响较小,需着重考虑水深对炸药的影响。在不同孔网参数条件下,孔距、排距的改变会爆轰波的传播距离,应力变化与孔距呈负相关;增大填塞长度,能使炮孔内高压维持更久,且增大炮孔下方压力。可见,水下钻孔爆破中,水深对于爆破应力影响较小,而应对不同岩石性状应选用不同的起爆方式,同时孔网参数的选取也应当进行模拟验证,才能使爆破效果最好。 In order to explore the response law of underwater drilling blasting stress and the arrangement of the optimal hole network parameters,the propagation law of underwater borehole blasting blast wave was studied,so as to improve the design level of underwater borehole blasting.Through the numerical simulation method by LS-DYNA software,the finite element analysis model was established,with the blasting model under various working conditions.The stress variation of blasted rock under different initiation modes,different water depth and different pore parameters was studied,and the best model was selected.The results show that the initiation stress at the bottom of the hole propagates quickly and long,has good crushability to the upper rock,but the stress distribution is not uniform;The intermediate initiation stress distribution is more uniform but the maximum stress is insufficient.When both ends are detonated at the same time,the maximum stress is strong enough,but the stress in the upper rock is minimal.Under different water depth conditions,the influence of water depth change on the peak stress of rock is small,and the influence of water depth on explosives should be considered.Under the conditions of different hole network parameters,the change of hole distance and row distance will influence the propagation distance of the detonation wave,and the stress change is negatively correlated with the hole distance;Increasing the length of the tamponade can maintain the high pressure in the gun hole for a longer time,with increasing the pressure under the gun hole.It can be seen that in underwater borehole blasting,water depth has little influence on the stress in the explosion.However,different initiation methods should be used to cope with different rock properties,and the selection of hole network parameters should also be simulated and verified to make the blasting effect the best.
