摘要
党的二十大报告明确了促进数字经济和实体经济深度融合,着力推动高质量发展的目标任务。服务实体经济是数字金融创新的出发点和落脚点。通过系统梳理相关前沿文献,发现:数字金融通过数字技术和数据要素“双轮驱动”,将促进金融供需匹配、降低融资成本,有利于发展数字普惠金融,进而增强金融服务实体经济的能力。实证研究表明,数字金融创新有助于提升实体经济高质量发展水平。小微企业融资和乡村振兴是数字金融服务实体经济的重点领域。但是,数字金融缺乏有效监管也会影响实体经济和金融稳定,因此要完善监管体系,构建创新生态,以服务实体经济为目的推进金融数字化转型,实现守正创新。最后,针对已有研究的不足,从夯实基础、深化内容、改进方法、创新视角等方面提出建议。展望未来,要加大理论研究与技术创新力度,探索构建“金融元宇宙”,全方位服务实体经济高质量发展。
The report of the 20th National Congress of CPC defines the goals and tasks of promoting the deep integration of digital economy and real economy in order to achieve high-quality development.Serving high-quality development of the real economy is the starting point and foothold of digital finance innovation.By systematically combing the relevant frontier research literatures,this paper reveals that driven by digital technologies and digital factors,digital finance can improve supply and demand matching,reduce financing costs,develop digital inclusive finance,and then enhance the ability of finance serving the real economy.Empirical research shows that digital finance innovation can help improve the high-quality development of real economy.Financing of SMEs and rural revitalization are the key areas for digital finance to serve the real economy.However,the lack of effective regulation also affects the real economy and financial stability.Therefore,it is necessary to complete the regulation system,build an innovative ecology,promote the digital transformation of financial institutions for the purpose of serving the real economy,and achieve integrity-based innovation.Finally,in view of the shortcomings of existing researches,specific suggestions are put forward from the aspects of consolidating the research foundation,deepening the research content,improving the research methods,and innovating the research perspectives.Looking into the future,it is necessary to strengthen theoretical research and technological innovation,to explore and construct“financial metaverse”in order to comprehensively serve high-quality development of the real economy.
