摘要
通过粉磨处理制备粉煤灰-矿粉超细复合型矿物掺合料(HP-UA),研究其在15%、25%、35%掺量下对混凝土力学性能、耐久性能的影响,利用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪分析其影响混凝土性能的作用机理。结果表明:掺入HP-UA有利于混凝土力学性能、抗收缩性能、抗水渗透性能、抗氯离子渗透性能、抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的提高,对混凝土的抗碳化性能具有双面性影响;HP-UA的颗粒表观缺陷少,与水泥可形成更优的颗粒级配,水化会生产更多的C-S-H凝胶和水化铝酸钙。
The ultrafine composite mineral admixture(HP-UA)of fly ash-mineral powder was prepared by grinding treatment.The effects of 15%,25%and 35%dosage on concrete mechanical properties,durability were studied.It used scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer to analyze the mechanism of its effect on concrete properties.The results show that the addition of HP-UA is beneficial to the improvement of concrete mechanical properties,shrinkage resistance,water penetration resistance,chloride ion penetration resistance,sulfate corrosion resistance.It had a two-sided effect on the carbonation resistance of concrete.The particles of HP-UA had fewer apparent defects.HP-UA formed better particle gradation with cement.Its hydration produced more calcium silicate hydrate and C-S-H gel.
