摘要
为分析水性环氧树脂对冷再生乳化沥青混合料路用性能的影响,基于正交试验设计法与沥青混合料路用性能试验,对水性环氧树脂效果进行研究。结果表明:冷再生水性环氧树脂乳化沥青的微观结构呈粗糙、孔隙较多的空间网格结构;水性环氧树脂能有效改善冷再生乳化沥青混合料强度、抵抗竖向变形性能及水稳定性能,有利于提高冷再生路面的RAP利用率;适量掺入水泥能改善冷再生乳化沥青混合料的力学性能与水稳定性能,但对冷再生乳化沥青混合料高温性能存在一定负面影响,建议水泥掺量为1.5%。
In order to analyze the effect of waterborne epoxy resin on the pavement performance of cold recycled emulsified asphalt mixture,the effect of waterborne epoxy resin was studied based on the orthogonal experimental design method and the pavement performance test of asphalt mixture.The results show that the microstructure of cold recycled waterborne epoxy resin emulsified asphalt presents a rough and porous spatial grid structure.Waterborne epoxy resin can effectively improve the strength,vertical deformation resistance and water stability of cold recycled emulsified asphalt mixture,which is beneficial to improve the RAP utilization rate of cold recycled pavement.Proper incorporation of cement can improve the mechanical properties and water stability of cold recycled emulsified asphalt mixture,but it has a certain negative impact on the high temperature performance of cold recycled emulsified asphalt mixture.The suggested cement dosage is 1.5%.
