呼吸机通气方案在急性肺损伤患儿中的应用效果

摘要 目的:探究呼吸机通气方案对急性肺损伤患儿(acute lung injury,ALI)治疗效果。方法:研究对象为本院2019年1月~2019年12月诊治的ALI患儿78例,分为对照组、试验组,每组39例,对照组采用常规治疗,试验组在此基础上采用呼吸机通气方案,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率(94.87%)高于对照组(76.92%),差异显著(χ^(2)=5.186,P=0.023);治疗前,两组呼吸、肺功能相关指标比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组呼吸、肺功能改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组pH、氧分压、二氧化碳分压水平组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组pH、氧分压均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组二氧化碳分压比较,对照组高于试验组(P<0.05)。结论:在ALI患儿治疗中应用呼吸机辅助通气方案,治疗效果显著。 Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of ventilator ventilation in children with acute lung injury(ALI).Methods:78 cases of ALI children diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were divided into control group and experimental group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the experimental group received ventilator ventilation based on this,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group(94.87%)was higher than that in the control group(76.92%),with a significant difference(χ^(2)=5.186,P=0.023);Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in respiratory and pulmonary function related indicators between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the improvement effect of respiratory and pulmonary function in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of pH,oxygen partial pressure,and carbon dioxide partial pressure between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the pH and oxygen partial pressure in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The comparison of carbon dioxide partial pressure between the two groups showed that the control group was higher than the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ventilator assisted ventilation in the treatment of ALI children has remarkable therapeutic effect.
