摘要
房颤为常见的持续性心律失常,病理机制复杂,并发症多,临床难治愈且易复发。房颤病位虽在心,但与脾胃关系密切。中气乃脾胃升降纳化之机,《四圣心源》首重中气,认为中气似枢轴,使四象轮旋,中气不运,轮辐不转,脾胃升降失因,纳运失司,燥湿失济,殃及四象,百病由生,房颤之疾作矣。施治之时首当培补中气,再据证以和胃降逆、燥湿健脾、升提脾气、濡润胃阴之法治之,令中气健旺,轴轮转运,脾胃升降相因,清浊复位,阴阳平和,则房颤不起。
Atrial fibrillation is a common persistent arrhythmia with complex pathological mechanisms and many complications.It is clinically difficult to cure and easy to relapse.Although atrial fibrillation is the disease of heart,it is closely related to spleen and stomach.Middle Qi is the key to the descending-ascending and digestion of spleen and stomach.Sisheng Xinyuan attaches great importance to middle Qi and thinks that middle Qi is like a pivot,making the other four internal organs work.If the middle Qi is weak,the Qi of spleen and stomach will be disordered,digestion and absorption will be impaired,dryness and dampness will be imbalanced,affecting the other four organs and causing all kinds of diseases,such as atrial fibrillation.During the treatment,the most important thing is to cultivate and invigorate the middle Qi,and then according to the syndromes,the methods of harmonizin stomach,reducing dampness and invigorating spleen,raising the Qi in spleen or nourishing Yin of stomach would be used.This will make the middle Qi healthy,the axis work,the Qi of spleen and stomach ascend and descend,the clear Qi and turbid reset and Yin and Yang harmonize,and then the atrial fibrillation will not occur.
