摘要
目的探索发现针灸治疗动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)热点话题和发展情况。方法在中国知网、维普、万方数据库中检索建库至2021年期间针灸治疗动脉粥样硬化的相关文献,应用CiteSpace软件对作者、机构、关键词绘制知识图谱并进行分析。结果共纳入文献364篇。近20年发文量呈增长趋势。研究学者为409位,以孙旭等为代表;研究机构209家,以广州中医药大学为代表;关键词为523个,其中频次大于8的高频关键词为10个,频次最高的为电针。关键词聚类形成12个聚类标签,主要研究方向包括针灸治疗动脉粥样硬化生物学机制、临床疗效、穴位选择。结论近年我国针灸治疗动脉粥样硬化领域处于迅速发展时期,针灸治疗动脉粥样硬化的作用机制是研究热点,其中肠道菌群是研究前沿。临床研究主要集中在疗效观察,试验存在大样本及双盲实验较少的问题。
Objective To explore the hot topic and development of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of atherosclerosis(AS).Method The relevant literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of AS from the establishment of the database to 2021 was searched in CNKI,VIP and Wanfang.The knowledge map of authors,institutions and keywords was drawn and analyzed by CiteSpace software.Result A total of 364 pieces of literature were included.In recent 20 years,the number of documents issued shows an increasing trend.There are 409 research scholars represented by SUN Xu,209 research institutions represented by Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.In addition,there are 523 keywords,including ten high-frequency keywords with a frequency greater than eight and the electroacupuncture with the highest frequency.The keywords cluster to form 12 cluster labels.The main research directions include the biological mechanism,clinical efficacy and acupoint selection of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of AS.Conclusion In recent years,the field of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of AS in China has been in a period of rapid development.The mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of AS is a research hotspot in which intestinal flora is the research frontier.Clinical research mainly focuses on the observation of curative effects.There are many problems in the trial,such as large samples and fewer double-blind experiments.
