摘要
目的探讨中药颗粒剂与盆炎清栓联合低频脉冲电治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年10月院内收诊盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者80例,随机数字法分为对于照组和研究组,每组40例,对照组采用中药颗粒剂与盆炎清栓联合治疗,研究组此基础上采用低频脉冲电治疗联合治疗,对2组治疗前后中医主症证候积分、次症证候积分、炎性因子[白介素-2(IL-2)、IL-10、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、性功能[女性性功能量表(FS-FI)]进行比较,同时对治疗后明道动态压力、盆底肌张力进行比较。结果研究组治疗后中医主症证候积分、次症证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组患者的阴道动态压力明显高于对照组,盆底肌张力明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后IL-2、IL-10、hs-CRP优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者的性功能均显著升高(P<0.05),且研究组患者的性功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者,接受中药颗粒剂、盆炎清栓联合低频脉冲电治疗方案,可改善患者临床症状表现,缓解下腹部疼痛程度,控制炎性因子水平,提升患者性功能状况,临床价值较为突出。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)granules and Penyanqing Suppository combined with low-frequency electrotherapy(LFE)on patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease treated in our hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were retrospectively recruited,and randomly divided into control group and research group,with 40 patients in each group.TCM granules and Penyanqing Suppository were given to all patients,and LFE was additionally performed in those of research group.TCM primary and secondary syndrome scores,inflammatory factor levels(interleukin-2[IL-2],IL-10 and hypersensitive C-reactive protein[hs-CRP]),and sexual function(Female Sexual Function Index[FSFI])before and after treatment in both groups were compared.Vaginal dynamic pressure and pelvic floor muscle tension after treatment were compared between groups.Results TCM primary and secondary syndrome scores after treatment were significantly lower in research group than those in control group(P<0.05).Vaginal dynamic pressure was significantly higher,and pelvic floor muscle tension after treatment was significantly lower in research group than those in control group(P<0.05).IL-2,IL-10 and hs-CRP levels after treatment were significantly superior in research group than those in control group(P<0.05).Sexual function was significantly improved after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),which was significantly higher in research group than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,TCM granules and Penyanqing Suppository combined with LFE can alleviate the clinical symptoms,relieve the pain degree of lower abdomen,control the levels of inflammatory factors and improve the sexual function,which has outstanding clinical value.
