宽幅窄墩倒T盖梁结构空心优化研究

摘要 为解决宽幅窄墩盖梁运输困难、受力水平高、经济性较差等问题提出了新型空心盖梁构造方案,文中以国内某城市高架桥墩盖梁为例,分别通过对空心盖梁结构与实心盖梁结构进行了受力特性分析和经济性对比。结果表明空心盖梁结构在受力特性上满足构造要求,且空心盖梁方案比原设计实心盖梁方案工程量和施工步序都相对减少。同时通过有限元计算优化了空心盖梁构造可能遇到的局部受力问题,设计了兼具可靠性和经济性的新型空心盖梁结构,期望为后续工程提供参考。 A new type of hollow cover beam structure scheme is proposed to solve the problems of difficult transpor-tation of wide and narrow pier cover beams,high stress level,and poor economy.Comparison to the solid cover beam structures,the analysis of the mechanical and economic properties are carried out.The results show that the hollow cap beam structure meets the structural requirements of the construction process,in which the construction se-quence of the hollow cap beam scheme are less than that of the solid cap beam scheme.At the same time,the local stress problems that may be encountered by the hollow cap-beam structure are optimized through finite element cal-culation.The proposed structure is with both reliability and economy,providing the reference for similar projects.
