摘要
研究了空隙率、固体填料组分级配对包覆层料浆黏度的影响。采用正交试验,考察了多种填料对丁羟包覆层烧蚀性能的影响,确定了填料的最佳配比。通过验证试验,考察了包覆层应用于某推进剂时的烧蚀性能。
The influence of porosity and solid filler component gradation on the viscosity of the coating layer slurry was investigated.The influence of various fillers on the ablation performance of the hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene coating layer was investigated by orthogonal tests,and the optimal ratio of fillers was determined.The ablation performance of the coating layer when applied to a certain propellant was investigated through validation experiments.
