摘要
以乙烯-丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物(EGMA)为增韧相,通过一步密炼共混的方式对固态环氧树脂进行增韧。通过力学测试、扫描电镜、动态热机械分析及热重分析研究了EGMA的加入对固态环氧树脂的力学性能、断面形貌、玻璃化转变温度及热稳定性的影响。结果表明:EGMA的加入显著提高了固态环氧树脂的韧性,对玻璃化转变温度无影响,热稳定性略有下降。添加质量分数4%的EGAM,环氧树脂复合材料的拉伸和弯曲韧性较纯EP分别提高了209%和157%,冲击强度、拉伸强度、弯曲强度分别提升了55%,22%以及25%。
The ethylene-acrylic acid-glycidyl methacrylate copolymer(ECMA)was used as toughening agent to modify the solid epoxy resin by one-step banburying.The effects of EGMA on the mechanical properties,fracture morphology,glass transition temperature and thermal stability of solid epoxy resin were studied by mechanical test,scanning electron microscope,dynamic thermomechanical analysis and thermogravimetric analysis.The results showed that the toughness of the solid epoxy resin was significantly improved by the addition of EGMA.The glass transition temperature had no change and the thermal stability was decreased slightly.The tensile and flexural toughness of the epoxy resin composites with 4wt%of EGAM were increased by 209%and 157%,respectively compared with those of neat EP.The impact strength,tensile strength and flexural strength was increased by 55%,22%and 25%,respectively.
