摘要
为了优化沥青混合料的配合比设计,提高硅藻土-聚酯纤维改性沥青混合料的路用性能,通过响应曲面法中的BOX-Behnken模型对硅藻土-聚酯纤维改性沥青混合料的配合比进行设计及优化。根据预测出来的最优配合比进行路用性能试验,试验结果表明:相较于基质沥青混合料,硅藻土-聚酯纤维改性沥青混合料的弯拉破坏应变提高了34.7%,动稳定度提高了134%,冻融劈裂强度比增大10.4%。
In order to optimize the mix proportion design of asphalt mixture and improve the road perfor⁃mance of diatomite-polyester fiber modified asphalt mixture,the mix proportion design and optimization of diatomite polyester fiber modified asphalt mixture were carried out through BOX-Behnken model in re⁃sponse surface method.Road performance test shall be conducted according to the predicted optimal mix proportion.The test results show that compared with the matrix asphalt mixture,the flexural tensile failure strain of diatomite-polyester fiber modified asphalt mixture increases by 34.7%,the dynamic stability in⁃creases by 134%,the freeze-thaw splittingstrength ratio increases by 10.4%.
