摘要
文中简要介绍棉纤维通过超声波技术和生物大分子接枝技术改性后,具有永久冷感、抗菌功能,采用14.5 tex(40S)棉改性纤维和2.2 tex(20 D)氨纶编织高弹汗布,通过特殊的吸水速干工艺加工,使面料具有吸水速干功能。并详细介绍织造和染整的工艺及加工流程,以及加工过程中的注意事项,并且对面料各项功能进行测试。结果表明,该面料具有冷感、抗菌、吸水速干功能。
The paper briefly introduces that the cotton fibers modified by ultrasonic technology and biomacromolecule grafting technology have permanent cold feeling and antibacterial function.The 14.5 tex(405)cotton modified fiber and 2.2 tex(20 D)spandex woven high elastic sweatcloth are processed by special water-absorbing and quickdrying technology to make the fabric with water-absorbing and quick-drying function.With detailed introduction of the weaving and printing-dyeing technology and the whole machining process,and the matters needing attention in the process,and test the functions of the fabric.The results show that the fabric has the functions of cold feeling,antibacterial,water-absorbing and quick-drying.
