霉变饲料对母猪繁殖性能和肠道功能的影响及吸附剂的脱毒效果试验 被引量:1

摘要 为探究霉变饲料对母猪繁殖性能和肠道功能的影响,同时验证吸附剂产品的临床脱毒效果,选取同一批次的18头母猪进行试验,分为3个处理组,分别为霉变饲料组(A组)、霉变饲料+吸附剂组(B组)和空白对照组。试验期间,收集不同处理组母猪繁殖性能数据,试验结束后,跟踪收集各处理组母猪的空肠、回肠、十二指肠样品,制作病理组织切片镜检。结果显示:空白对照组母猪的总产仔数、健仔数、仔猪断奶窝增重明显高于A组和B组(P<0.05),而A组和B组的总产仔数、健仔数、仔猪断奶窝增重差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);空白对照组和B组的初生仔猪阴户红肿比例分别比A组降低了70.03%和56.82%;A组十二指肠、空肠、回肠的绒毛长度/隐窝深度比值与空白对照组、B组的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而B组和空白对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果表明,饲喂霉变饲料会降低母猪繁殖性能,影响其肠道消化吸收功能,而添加吸附剂能够有效降低这些不良影响。 In order to investigate the influence of mildewed feed on the reproductive performance and intestinal function of sows,and to test the clinical detoxication effect of adsorbent products,18 sows in the same batch were selected and divided into 3 groups consisting of mildewed feed group(group A),mildewed feed+adsorbent group(group B)and no-treatment control group(group C).The reproductive performance data of sows in groups A and B were collected during the experiment,and after the experiment the jejunum,ileum and duodenum of experimented sows were sampled for pathological tissue sectioning for microscopic examination.The results revealed that the total litter size,healthy litter size and weaning litter weight gain were obviously higher in the control group compared to those in the groups A and B(P<0.05)that were with no statistical significance(P>0.05);as compared to group A,the proportion of vulva redness and swelling of newborn piglets in groups C and B decreased by 70.03%and 56.82%,respectively;the ratio of villus length to recess depth of duodenum,jejunum and ileum in group A was statistically different from that in groups C and B(P<0.05),but the difference between group B and group C was without statistical significance(P>0.05).In conclusion,the reproductive performance of sows would be reduced by feeding with mildewed feed,compromising their intestinal digestion and absorption function,which could be effectively relieved through adding adsorbents.
