基于扎根理论的乡村男教师流失影响因素及其作用机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 乡村男教师作为乡村教师队伍的重要成员,是促进学生全面健康发展的重要力量,是推动乡村教育高质量发展的内在动力。为探究乡村男教师流失的影响因素及其作用机制,以乡村中小学调离到城区学校的15位男教师为研究对象,运用扎根理论构建了乡村男教师流失影响机制模型。根据模型分析发现:影响乡村男教师流失的主要因素包括性别隔离、角色冲突、环境受限和乡土难融等因素,且各因素之间交互影响,产生聚类效应。据此,从乡村男教师流失致因要素的优化、治理内外统筹及群体分类等方面提出建议,以期改变乡村男教师流失现状,提升乡村男教师留职意愿。 As an important part of rural teaching staff,male rural teachers are an important force to promote the all-round and healthy development of students,as well as an internal motive force to promote the high-quality development of rural education.In order to explore the influencing factors of the outflow of male rural teachers and the mechanism of action,by taking 15 male teachers transferred from rural areas to urban areas as the research object,a model of the influencing mechanism of the outflow of male rural teachers is constructed based on the grounded theory.It is found that the main factors influencing the outflow of male teachers in rural areas include gender segregation,role conflict,environmental constraints and difficulty in local integration.Furthermore,these factors influence each other interactively,achieving critical mass.Therefore,suggestions are put forward on aspects of the optimization of factors causing the outflow of male rural teachers,internal and external co-ordination of governance and group classification,in hopes of changing the current situation of the outflow of male rural teachers and promoting male rural teachers’willingness to stay in the position in rural areas.
