摘要
本文利用费米-狄拉克函数建立了平面顶部的光束模型,并对其进行了理论推导。然后,利用光学仿真软件建立高斯光束整型系统模型,利用光场的物理光学传播规律追踪光学系统,得出了光束的强度分布及特征,并分析仿真结果,该结果可为高斯光束整形为平顶光束的非球面镜系统奠定理论基础。
In this paper, the beam model at the top of the plane is established by using the Fermi-Dirac function, and its theoretical derivation is carried out. Then, the Gaussian beam shaping system model is established by optical simulation software. Simultaneously, the optical system is tracked by the physical optical propagation law of the light field. And, the intensity distribution and characteristics of the beam are obtained, which lays a theoretical foundation for the asphaltic mirror system with Gaussian beam shaping as flat top beam.
