摘要 某钢厂热轧成品库等区域增加屋面分布式光伏,为保证厂房结构的安全,对厂房结构进行了安全鉴定和少部分区域的结构加固。阐述结构安全鉴定的流程,对比分析钢铁冶金厂房和普通厂房的异同,在保证安全的前提下,减小厂房加固的范围,取得较好的经济效益和社会效益,为同类项目提供参考。 In order to ensure the safety of the factory building structure,a roof distributed photovoltaic system has been added to the hot rolled product warehouse and other areas of a certain steel plant.Safety assessments have been conducted on the factory building structure and structural reinforcement has been carried out in a few areas.The author elaborates on the process of structural safety assessment,compares and analyzes the similarities and differences between steel metallurgical plants and ordinary plants,reduces the scope of plant reinforcement while ensuring safety,achieving good economic and social benefits and providing reference for similar projects.
