摘要
目的:研究眼轮匝肌眶隔折叠联合睫毛下翻转缝合联合术式治疗退行性下睑内翻的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析58例退行性下睑内翻患者的疗效。患者均由同一术者施行眼轮匝肌眶隔折叠联合睫毛下翻转缝合联合术式,记录眼睑松弛度和眼轴长度,并观察疗效。结果:共67只眼,男性47只眼,女性20只眼,年龄为74.57(49~98)岁;眼睑水平松弛度为6.75(4.00~13.00)mm;随访时间为13.27(3.00~28.00)个月;眼轴为23.15(17.29~25.48)mm。治愈63只眼(治愈率94.03%),复发4只眼(复发率5.97%)。结论:眼轮匝肌眶隔折叠联合睫毛下翻转缝合联合术式治疗退行性下睑内翻手术成功率高,远期复发率低,手术操作相对简单,是一种有效的矫正手段。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical result of orbicularis oculi muscle and orbital septum plication combined with infraciliary rotation sutures for correction of involutional eyelid entropion.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 58 patients with involutional eyelid entropion.All patients were performed orbicularis oculi muscle plication and infraciliary rotation sutures by one operator,and the patients were followed up regularly.Eyelid relaxation and axial length were measured and the cure rate,recurrence rate,eyelid-ball separation,and ectropion were observed.Results:A total of 67 eyes were enrolled.There were 47 eyes in male and 20 eyes in female.The age was 74.57(49-98)years,eyelid relaxation was 6.75(4.00-13.00)mm,time of follow-up was 13.27(3.00-28.00)months,and axial length was 23.15(17.29-25.48)mm.The cure rate was 94.03%(63 eyes),the recurrence rate was 5.97%(4 eyes).Conclusion:The surgery of orbicularis oculi muscle and orbital septum plication combined with infraciliary rotation sutures is an effective and relatively simple method for correction of involutional eyelid entropion with a higher cure rate and long-term lower recurrence rate.
