摘要
司法警官院校因其专业设置及面向行业的特殊性,产教融合工作的开展、推进和实施存在一定的困难。以浙江警官职业学院为例,分析了专业设置及不同专业产教融合的特点,提出了明确岗位职责标准、修订人才培养方案、实施“三教”改革、建设多效融合实践基地、制定产教融合实践基地管理办法等共性举措,从而为司法警官院校提高人才培养质量,深化产教融合提供了解决思路。
For its professional setting and industry-oriented particularity,judicial police colleges and uni⁃versities have certain difficulties in the development,promotion and implementation of the integration be⁃tween industry and education.Taking Zhejiang Police Vocational Academy as an example,this paper analyz⁃es the professional setting and the characteristics of the integration between industry and education in dif⁃ferent majors,and puts forward some common measures such as clarifying job responsibility standards,revis⁃ing talent training programs,implementing the reform of teachers,teaching materials and methods,building a multi-effect integration practice base,and formulating management measures for the integration between industry and education,so as to provide solutions for judicial police colleges to improve the quality of tal⁃ent training and deepen the integration of industry and education.
