摘要
目的:探究静脉药物调配中心管理对临床安全使用细胞毒性化疗药物的作用及防护效果.方法:选取我院2019年1月—2021年2月静脉药物调配中心实施静脉药物调配管理的210例作为研究对象,与2018年1月—2019年1月未实施静脉药物调配管理前进行对比,观察细胞毒性化疗药物发生率、使用药物情况.结果:管理后的细胞毒性化疗药物发生率低于管理前(P<0.05);管理前细胞毒性化疗药物发生主要为溶酶错误8例、处方不完整5例、数量错误6例、静脉给药方法错误7例、用量错误6例;在涉及细胞毒性药物方面,主要为紫杉醇、氟尿嘧啶、多柔比星、顺铂、依托泊苷等.结论:通过对化疗药物实施静脉药物调配管理,可降低细胞毒性化疗药物发生率,提高护理效果.
Objective:To explore the effect and protective effect of pharmacy intravenous admixture services management on the safe use of cytotoxic chemotherapeutic drugs in clinic.Methods:From January 2019 to February 2021,210 cases of pharmacy intravenous admixture services management in our hospital's pharmacy intravenous admixture services were selected as the research objects,compared with the period from January 2018 to January 2019 before the implementation of pharmacy intravenous admixture services management,the incidence of cytotoxic chemotherapeutic drugs and the use of drugs were observed.Results:The incidence of cytotoxic chemotherapeutic drugs after management was lower than that before management(P<0.05);the incidence of cytotoxic chemotherapeutic drugs before management was mainly lysis errors in 8 cases,incomplete prescriptions in 5 cases,quantity errors in 6 cases,errors in intravenous administration methods in 7 cases,and dosage errors in 6 cases;in terms of the cytotoxic drugs involved,they were mainly paclitaxel,fluorouracil,doxorubicin,cisplatin,etoposide,etc.Conclusion:Through the implementation of pharmacy intravenous admixture services management of chemotherapy drugs,the incidence of cytotoxic chemotherapy drugs can be reduced and the nursing effect can be improved.
