摘要
胚胎着床是一个复杂的生理过程,除了拥有优质胚胎以外,还需要良好的子宫内膜容受性以及母胎之间的协调对话。NK2同源框蛋白-1(NK2 homeobox protein 1,NKX2-1)是一种含有同源结构域的转录因子。最近研究表明NKX2-1可以通过调控一系列细胞因子及黏附分子的作用影响胚胎着床过程,从而导致反复种植失败(recurrent implantation failure,RIF)的发生。本文就NKX2-1的结构、功能及其与反复种植失败之间的关系做一综述,并对今后研究方向作一展望,以期对RIF的发生机制和防治策略有更深入的了解。
Embryo implantation is a complex physiological process.It requires good endometrial tolerance and a coordinated dialogue between mother and fetus,in addition to the availability of good quality embryos.NK2 homeobox protein 1(NKX2-1)is a transcription factor containing a homologous structural domain.Recent studies have shown that NKX 2-1 can affect the embryonic implantation process by regulating a series of cytokines and adhesion molecules,thus leading to the occurrence of recurrent implantation failure(RIF).This paper summarizes the structure and function of NKX2-1 and its relationship with RIF,and provides an outlook on the future research directions in order to gain a better understanding of the mechanisms and prevention strategies of RIF.
