摘要
目的:探究抗阻联合有氧运动对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者血糖、氧化应激及妊娠结局的影响。方法:研究对象为2021年3月-2022年2月本院收治GDM患者150例,随机分为对照组(n=75)和观察组(n=75)。两组均接受常规GDM管理,对照组增加有氧运动干预,观察组增加抗阻-有氧运动联合干预。比较两组干预前后血糖[空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]、血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)]、氧化应激[丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)]及妊娠结局。结果:干预后观察组血FBG、2hPBG、HbA1c及TC、TG、MDA、8-OHdG水平低于对照组,血清SOD水平高于对照组;剖宫产率(31.3%)、产后出血量(235±65ml)、巨大儿发生率(0)均低于对照组(40.0%、313±88ml、9.3%),新生儿出生1min Apgar评分(9.9±0.3分)高于对照组(9.7±0.5分)(均P<0.05)。结论:抗阻联合有氧运动对GDM患者血糖、血脂的控制效果提高,并可减轻氧化应激反应,改善妊娠结局。
Objective:To explore the effects of combined resistance-aerobic exercise of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)on their blood glucose level,oxidative stress,and pregnancy outcomes.Methods:150pregnant women with GDM were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into control group(n=75)and observation group(n=75)from March 2021to February 2022.The women in the both groups had received routine GDM management,the women in the control group were given aerobic exercise intervention additionally,and the women in the observation group were given impedance-aerobic exercise combined intervention additionally.The levels of blood glucose,such as fasting blood glucose(FBG),2hpostprandial blood glucose(2hPBG),and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),the levels of blood lipids,such as total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG),the levels of oxidative stress indexes,such as malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine(8-OHdG),and the pregnancy outcomes of the women before and after intervention were compared between two groups.Results:The levels of blood FBG,2hPBG,HbA1c,TC,TG,MDA,and 8-OHdG of the women in the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those of the women in the control group,while the serum level of SOD of the women in the observation group was significantly higher.The rate of cesarean section(31.3%),the amount of postpartum blood loss(235±65ml),and the incidence of macrosomia(0)of the women in the observation group were significantly lower than those(40.0%,313±88ml,and 9.3%)of the women in the control group,and the Apgar score at 1min after birth(9.9±0.3points)in the observation group was significantly higher than that(9.7±0.5points)in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined resistance-aerobic exercise is beneficial for the pregnant women with GDM to control the blood glucose and lipids levels,which can reduce the oxidative stress and improve the pregnancy outcomes of these women.
