摘要
煤层中含有大量的瓦斯,不仅对煤炭开采造成了巨大的安全隐患,同时直接排放也造成了能源浪费。对A煤矿开采层和采空区的瓦斯吸附常数进行了测定,对A煤矿设立远程瓦斯抽放控制系统的必要性进行了分析,在此基础上提出以FPGA EP3C25为控制核心的系统整体框架,对系统的硬件进行了详细设计,包括FGPA电路、传感器信号电路、采集FLASH存储电路等。最后对系统的远程控制进行了软件设计,并给出了煤矿瓦斯抽放的远程控制界面,提升瓦斯抽放远程控制系统的实时性能。
Coal seam contains a large amount of gas,not only to coal mining caused a huge hidden danger of safety,and direct emissions also caused energy waste.The gas adsorption constant of mining layer and goaf in A coal mine is measured,and the necessity of setting up remote gas drainage control system in A coal mine is analyzed.On this basis,the whole system framework with FPGA EP3C25 as the control core is proposed,and the hardware of the system is designed in detail.Including FGPA circuit,sensor signal circuit,acquisition FLASH memory circuit.Finally,the software design of the remote control system is carried out,and the remote control interface of coal mine gas drainage is given to improve the real-time performance of the remote control system of gas drainage.
