Design of Video Lighting Device for Coal Mine Based on UWB Technology

摘要 针对煤矿井下黑暗,潮湿,粉尘浓度高等复杂环境的影响和矿山安全监察过程执法取证的需要,分析了市面存在的照明+定位、照明+视频、照明+无线通信等综合信息照明装置情况,现提出一种适合煤矿井下执法需要的“照明+精确定位+视频”的一体化信息照明装置设计方案,装置部分集成了照明和视频采集功能,电池盒集成了锂电池、控制板和精确定位标签的功能,考虑到电池容量和外壳防护的局限性,只能摒弃语音通话的功能,此设计解决了以往井下拍照和录像需要独立的执法仪,为煤矿安全生产监察提供了更加方便高效的保障。 Aiming at the influence of dark,humid and complex environment with high concentration of dust in underground coal mine and the need of law enforcement and evidence collection in mine safety supervision process,analyzes the situation of lighting+positioning,lighting+video,lighting+wireless communication and other comprehensive information lighting devices in the market.Now put forward a kind of suitable for coal mine law enforcement"lighting,accurate positioning and video"the integration of information lighting design,device part integrates the function of lighting and video acquisition,battery case integrated with lithium battery,control panel,and accurate positioning of the label function,considering the limitations of battery capacity and protection,can only abandon the function of voice calls,this design solves the need of independent law enforcement instrument for underground photography and video recording in the past,and provides a more convenient and efficient guarantee for coal mine safety production supervision.
