摘要
目的探讨贵州省医养结合机构工作人员职业倦怠情况及其影响因素,提出预防和改善职业倦怠的对策建议,为促进医养结合机构人才队伍建设提供参考。方法使用职业倦怠量表对贵州8个地州(市)21家医养结合机构中的医生、护士、护理员共352人进行问卷调查,运用χ^(2)检验、有序多分类logistic探究职业倦怠的影响因素。结果职业倦怠检出率为53.13%,其中,轻度、中重度职业倦怠率分别为32.39%和20.74%;情感耗竭、人格解体、个人低成就感得分分别为(15.45±4.16)、(6.03±3.27)和(17.65±5.08)分。Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄<30岁(OR=0.44)、经常有换工作的想法(OR=2.74)、自评健康状况不好(OR=3.06)是影响职业倦怠的危险因素。结论贵州省医养结合机构工作人员职业倦怠较严重,应从政府、医养结合机构、工作人员本身三个层面综合改善职业倦怠。
Objective To investigate the status of job burnout and its influencing factors among staff in medical and nursing institutions in Guizhou,and to propose countermeasures to prevent and mitigate job burnout,so as to inform capacity building in medical and nursing institutions.Methods In this study,352 doctors,nurses and nursing staffs from 21 medical and nursing institutions in 8 administrative divisions of Guizhou were surveyed using Maslach Burnout Inventory.Potential influencing factors of job burnout were analyzed using χ^(2) test and ordinal logistic regression model.Results The total detected rate of job burnout was 53.13%,of which the rates of mild and moderate-to-severe job burnout were 32.39%and 20.74%,respectively.The scores of emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,and low sense of personal accomplishment were(15.45±4.16),(6.03±3.27),and(17.65±5.08),respectively.Logistic regression analysis showed that aged<30 years old(OR=0.44),having frequent thoughts of changing jobs(OR=2.74),at poor self-rated health status(OR=3.06)were risk factors for job burnout.Conclusions Job burnout may be prevalent among staffs in medical and nursing institutions in Guizhou.It should be comprehensively improved from three perspectives:the government,medical and nursing institution and the employees themselves.
