摘要
为了解青岛平度市崔家集镇西红柿产区土壤养分状况,采集崔家集镇6个村的西红柿产区土样和西红柿果实,测定土壤pH值和有机质、碱解氮、有效磷、有效钾、全盐含量,测定果实的可溶性固形物、总糖、总酸、维生素C、钙、铁、番茄红素含量及糖酸比,分析产区土壤养分状况对果实品质的影响。结果表明:研究区土壤适宜种植西红柿,西红柿果实品质较好;土壤养分指标间多呈显著正相关;66.67%的采样点土壤呈碱性,50.00%的采样点土壤有机质缺乏,应采取措施改良土壤,以进一步完善西红柿果实品质。为合理施肥和土壤改良提供科学依据,有望促进崔家集镇西红柿产业持续健康发展。
In order to understand the soil nutrient status of tomato farms in Cuijiaji Town,Pingdu City,Qingdao,soil and tomato samples from six villages in the town were collected to determine the soil pH value,contents of organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium and total salts,as well as the fruit samples’contents of soluble solids,total sugars,total acids,vitamin C,calcium,iron,lycopene,and sugar-acid ratio.Effects of soil nutrients on fruit quality were analyzed.The results showed that soils in the study areas were suitable for planting tomatoes,and tomatoes fruit quality was good.There was a significant positive correlation among soil nutrient indexes.66.67%of the sampling soils were alkaline,while 50.00%of these soils lacked organic matter.For better tomato fruit,measures to improve the soil are still needed.This report provided scientific basis for rational fertilization and soil improvement,and was expected to promote the sustainable and healthy development of tomato industry in Cuijiaji Town.
