不同围岩与掘进参数下的TBM主梁振动特性 被引量:1

Vibration characteristics of a TBM main beam under different surrounding rocks and tunneling parameters

摘要 依托新疆某水利隧洞重大工程在掘全断面岩石隧道掘进机(tunnel boring machine,TBM),开展不同工况下的TBM主梁振动现场试验。通过时域和频域全面分析了TBM在不同围岩不同掘进参数下的主梁振动特性。研究结果表明:主梁振动加速度的变化能够准确反应TBM的启动、稳定掘进、停止、换步工作循环过程;主梁振动随着激励振源距离的增大呈波动性衰减,但是轴向的振动波动较小,衰减幅度为36.68%,横向次之,竖向衰减程度最大,高达81.88%;破岩推进力引起的主梁竖向振动大于轴向和横向的振动,轴向加速度有效值波动范围为-5~5 m/s^(2),横向为-3~3 m/s^(2),竖向为-10~10 m/s^(2),地质条件(岩体完整性K v、单轴抗压强度UCS等)对主梁振动有较大影响;TBM的关键掘进参数刀盘转速(n)、贯入度(P)、推进力(F)与主梁振动具有显著的相关性;主梁的振动频率一般分布在150 Hz以下,不同工况下,3个方向上可能会在某些频率点同时出现峰值,表明不同方向上存在耦合振动。现场测试揭示了不同工况下TBM主梁振动的特性与规律,为TBM的主梁结构设计、掘进参数优化以及地质条件感知识别等提供了试验数据和理论依据。 Relying on a major water conservancy tunnel project in Xinjiang,a full-face rock tunnel boring machine(TBM)was being drilled,and the field test of TBM main beam vibration under different working conditions was carried out.Through time domain and frequency domain,the vibration characteristics of the main beam of the TBM under different surrounding rock and different tunneling parameters were comprehensively analyzed.Results show that the change of vibration acceleration of the main beam can accurately reflect the working cycle process of TBM starting,stable tunneling,stopping,and changing steps.With the increase of the excitation source distance,the vibration of the main beam shows fluctuation attenuation,but the axial vibration fluctuation is small,the attenuation amplitude is 36.68%,followed by transverse,vertical attenuation is the largest,up to 81.88%.The vertical vibration of the main beam caused by tunneling thrust is larger than the axial and transverse vibration.The fluctuation range of the effective value of axial acceleration is-5-+5 m/s^(2),horizontal acceleration is-3-+3 m/s^(2)and vertical acceleration is-10-+10 m/s^(2).Geological conditions(Rock integrity and the uniaxial compressive strength,etc.)have a great influence on the main beam vibration.The key tunneling parameters of the TBM are cutter-head speed(n),penetration(P),and thrust(F),which are significantly correlated with the vibration of the main beam.The vibration frequency of the main beam is generally distributed below 150 Hz.Under different tunneling conditions,vibration peaks may appear at some frequency points in the three directions simultaneously,indicating that there is coupling vibration in different directions.The field test reveals the vibration characteristics of the main beam of the TBM under different surrounding rock and different tunneling parameters,which provides test data and theoretical basis for the structural analysis of the TBM main beam,the optimization of TBM tunneling parameters and the identification of geological conditions.
