摘要
为了解决粉煤灰离散元仿真研究中参数标定的困难,以粉煤灰漏斗堆积角试验为基础,对粉煤灰离散元仿真参数进行了标定。根据粉煤灰的性质,通过两次插值,分别进行了试验:第一次插值试验,根据仿真堆积角的大小确定各参数需要标定的合理范围,将需要插值的范围缩小;第二次插值试验标定了仿真参数的具体值。结果表明:研究所得仿真参数范围具有普遍性,精确标定的参数值准确度较高,采用插值法来标定粉煤灰及其他散体物料的离散元仿真参数是可行的。
In order to solve the problem of calculation parameter calibration difficulty in fly ash discrete element simulation research,this paper calibrates fly ash discrete element simulation calculation parameters.based on fly ash funnel accumulation Angle experiment.According to the properties of fly ash,two sets of simulation are carried out through interpolation.Firstly,according to the size of the simulation accumulation Angle,the reasonable range of each parameter to be calibrated is determined,and the range of interpolation is reduced.The second simulation calibration parameters of specific values.Through two simulations,the following conclusions can be drawn:the range of simulation parameters obtained in this paper is universal,and the numerical accuracy of precisely calibrated parameters is high,which provides a certain reference for the research on simulation parameter calibration of fly ash and other powder materials.
