摘要
随着经济的增长,人们的生活越来越依靠能源,能源消耗日益增长,导致环境污染持续加剧。为构建清洁低碳的能源体系,不仅要增大非化石能源在一次能源消费中的比例,减少电能终端消费和CO_(2)排放量,还要提高系统总体的能源利用率,降低系统的总体能耗。而建筑能耗在系统总能耗中占很大比例,因此对于建筑来说,节能设计显得尤为重要。通过分析影响建筑能耗的各个因素,构建了一套建筑电气节能评价指标体系,用来评价建筑的节能设计水平和能源利用率。
With the growth of the economy,people's lives are increasingly dependent on energy,and energy consumption is increasing,leading to continued aggravation of environmental pollution.In order to build a clean and low-carbon energy environment system,it is not only necessary to increase the proportion of non-fossil fuels in primary energy consumption,reduce terminal consumption of electric energy and CO_(2)emissions,but also to improve the overall energy utilization rate of the system and reduce the overall energy consumption of the system.Building energy consumption accounts for a large proportion of the total energy consumption of the system,so energy-saving design is particularly important for buildings.Through the analysis of various factors affecting building energy consumption,a set of evaluation index system for building electrical energy efficiency was constructed to evaluate the energy efficiency design level and energy utilization rate of buildings.
