摘要
“五育”并举是新时代党的教育方针中提出的重大战略决策。结合教育方针百年演进史的系统分析,我国“五育”并举政策的演进经历了“五育”初步形成期、“三育”向“四育”过渡期、“四育”向“五育”过渡期、“五育”全面推进期四个发展阶段,蕴含着德智体—德智体美—德智体美劳的逻辑推进过程,其在制度选择上突显了传承与积淀、博弈与均衡、完善与生成三个特点,遵循着由“五育”教育制度确立到“五育”教育制度建构再到“五育”教育制度完善的制度内在发展规律,并由此延伸出“五育”并举的三大发展趋势:时间与空间重构中贯彻党的教育方针,平衡与协调过程中形成“五育”互育格局,系统与要素整合中构建高质量五育体系。
Educational Five Domains Simultaneously is a major strategic decision put forward in the Party's education policy in the new era.Combined with the systematic analysis of the evolution of education policy for a century,the evolution of China's Educational Five Domains Simultaneously has gone through four stages:the initial formation period of five education,the transition period from three domains to four domains,the transition period from four domains to education five domains,and the comprehensive promotion of five domains,which embodies the logical promotion process of moral,intellectual,physical and artistic-moral,intellectual,physical,artistic and labour.It follows the internal development law from the establishment of the five domains systems to the construction of the five domains systems and then to the improvement of the five domains systems,and thus extends the three development trends of the five education systems:the implementation of the Party's education policy in the reconstruction of time and space,the formation of the five domains patterns in the process of balance and coordination,and the construction of high-quality five domains systems in the integration of systems and elements.
