基于CFD-DPM的风选设备参数仿真计算方法

摘要 为了给风选设备的设计提供参考依据,提出一种基于CFD-DPM的风选设备参数仿真计算方法,以残膜和棉秆为研究对象进行试验验证。分别对悬浮试验台气流场和验证试验台气流场中的残膜和秸秆进行运动分析,推导等效运动颗粒仿真参数计算公式并求其具体数值。构建CFD-DPM耦合模型,对等效颗粒在验证试验台中的运动进行数值模拟计算,求解验证实验台在不同参数下进行残膜和秸秆分离所需的离心风机临界转速。对仿真获得的离心风机转速进行相同条件台架试验验证,仿真值与实测值误差小于10%,仿真结果具有较高准确性,证明研究方法可行。 In order to provide a reference for the design of air separation equipment,a CFD-DPM based simulation calculation method of air separation equipment parameters is proposed in this study,and the research method is verified by the test bench with residual film and cotton stalk as the research objects.The motion analysis of the residual film and straw in the air flow field of the suspension test rig and the validation test rig is carried out respectively,and the calculation formula of the equivalent moving particle simulation parameters is derived and its specific values are calculated.The CFD-DPM coupling model is built to numerically simulate the movement of equivalent particles in the validation test bench,and the critical speed of centrifugal fan required for the separation of residual film and straw in the validation test bench under different parameters is solved.The simulated centrifugal fan speed is verified by bench test under the same conditions,and the numerical error between the simulated value and the measured value is less than 10%.The simulation results have high accuracy,which proves that the research method is feasible.
