摘要
对某火电厂脱硫废水的高效软化预处理工艺研究。脱硫废水因水量不稳定、水质复杂、含盐量高等特点成为电厂废水处理过程中的难题。通过管式微滤软化装置对脱硫废水进行软化处理,去除废水中所含的Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、F^(-)、SiO_(2)等,为后续蒸发浓缩提供保障。系统研究工艺过程中预处理的加药量,管式微滤膜的结垢与通量衰减的情况,絮凝剂PAC对沉淀效率的影响,加药反应停留时间等关键问题。研究提出高效的软化处理工艺,降低经济成本和节能降耗。
Study on the efficient softening and pretreatment process of the desulfurization wastewater in a thermal power plant.Desulphurization wastewater is a difficult problem in the process of power plant wastewater treatment due to the characteristics of unstable water quantity,complex water quality and high salt content.The desulfurization wastewater is softened by the tubular microfilter softening device to remove the Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+),F^(-) and SiO_(2) contained in the wastewater to provide a guarantee for the subsequent evaporation and concentration.The key problems such as the dosage of the pretreatment,the scaling and flux decay of the microfiltration membrane,the influence of the flocculant PAC on the sedimentation tank,and the residence time of the dosing reaction were systematically studied.Study and put forward efficient softening process to reduce economic cost and energy and consumption.
