分子结构对聚合物防毒性能的影响研究

摘要 本文主要通过分析毒剂在聚合物中渗透的化学反应、孔隙性以及溶解-扩散等原因,确定了溶解-扩散是毒剂在聚合物中产生渗透的主要原因;然后对影响聚合物材料防毒性能的温度、主链结构、侧基、结晶度以及填料等因素进行分析,确定了不同影响因素的影响大小以及其变化对防毒性能的影响;最后通过对影响因素的讨论分析,为防毒材料的设计提供理论指导。 By analyzing the chemical reaction,porosity and dissolution diffusion of the poison in the polymer,it is determined that dissolution diffusion is the main reason for the poison to penetrate the polymer;Then,the factors affecting the anti-virus performance of polymer materials,such as temperature,main chain structure,side groups,crystallinity and fillers,were analyzed to determine the impact of different factors and their changes on the anti-virus performance;Finally,through the discussion and analysis of the influencing factors,it provides theoretical guidance for the design of anti-virus materials.
