某湿垃圾污水处理系统性能提升的效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 上海某湿垃圾项目离心脱水后的沼液悬浮物含量和含油率都较高,悬浮物2900~5400 mg/L,含油率为0.7‰~2.8‰;同时COD_(Cr)为5200~6800 mg/L,TN为2400~3700 mg/L,碳氮比为1.67~2.68;这些原因都严重影响了污水处理系统的生化性能,不得不额外添加碳源。本次改造,通过增加“混凝沉淀+曲面格栅+气浮”预处理工艺,同时连通管道引入餐饮浆液,通过沉淀、截留、气浮等作用,降低了悬浮物含量和含油率,悬浮物去除率可达33%~48%,含油率去除率可达40%~70%。污水处理系统生化性能大为提升,碳氮比提高至4.0~6.0,额外碳源添加量下降45%~65%,降本增效十分明显。 After centrifugal dehydration at a wet waste plant in Shanghai,the content of suspended matter and oil content of biogas slurry after anaerobic fermentation of wet waste were high,SS was 2900~5400 mg/L,water oil ratio was 0.7‰.~2.8‰.At the same time,the COD_(Cr) was 5200~6800 mg/L,TN was 2400~3700 mg/L,and the ratio of carbon to nitrogen was 1.67~2.68.All these reasons seriously affect the biochemical effect of sewage treatment system.Additional carbon sources may be added.In this transformation,by adding the pretreatment process of“coagulation precipitation+curved grid+air flotation”,and introducing catering slurry into the connecting pipeline,through precipitation,interception,air flotation and other effects,the content of suspended matter and oil content were reduced.The removal rate of suspended matter was 33%~48%,the removal rate of oil content was 40%~70%.The biodegradability was improved,and the C/N ratio was increased to 4.0~6.0.The use of additional carbon source decreased by 45%~65%,and cost reduction was very obvious.
