摘要
近年来我国生命科技伦理治理工作的力度不断加大,一系列法律法规对生命科学类研究提出明确的法律要求。随着《涉及人的生命科学和医学研究伦理审查办法》的新近颁布,医疗机构科研项目的伦理审查将面临更严格更具体的要求。医院科研项目伦理审查中一些常见的法律问题,往往成为决定项目是否能通过审查的疑难所在,对常见法律问题进行深入分析,以期推动医院科研项目伦理审查规范化水平的提升。
In recent years, the ethical governance of life science and technology in China has been increasing, and a series of laws and regulations have put forward clear legal requirements for life science research. With the recent promulgation of the Measures for Ethical Review of Life Sciences and Medical Research Involving People, the ethical review of scientific research projects in medical institutions will face stricter and more specific requirements. Some common legal problems in the ethical review of scientific research projects in medical institutions often become the difficulties in determining whether the projects can pass the review. This paper made an in-depth analysis of common legal problems in order to promote the standardization of ethical review of scientific research projects in hospitals.
