摘要
煤矿集运站装车系统的溜槽每到寒冷冬季极易结冰,除冰的传统方法是采用人工铲撒融雪剂进行清除。基于该现状,研制了继电器组成的逻辑控制的装车系统融雪剂喷洒装置,实现了自动喷撒作业,不仅提高了装车速度,而且避免了对作业人员的身体伤害,收到了良好的社会和经济效益。
The chute of loading system of coal mine transportation station is prone to freezing in cold winter.The traditional method of deicing is to remove the chute with manual shovel and snowmelt agent.Based on the present situation,a snowmelt spraying device of loading system composed of relays and controlled by logic was developed to realize automatic spraying operation,which not only improved loading speed,but also avoided physical injury to operators,and received good social and economic benefits.
