摘要
目的:探讨社区与居家康复训练对失能老人运动功能和生活自理能力的影响。方法:选取镇江四牌楼社区卫生服务中心2019年7月-2021年8月治疗的54例失能老人,随机分成社区康复组和居家康复组,社区康复组26例,脱落1例,居家康复组28例,脱落2例。2组均给予常规药物治疗、康复训练,居家康复组主要通过家庭访视的方式进行康复评估和康复指导。在治疗前和治疗12周后,分别采用Fugl-Meyer(FMA)量表评估患者运动功能,采用功能独立性评定(FIM)量表评定患者ADL能力。结果:社区康复组的Fugl-Meyer评分和FIM评分治疗后与治疗前比较均有提高(P<0.05),居家康复组Fugl-Meyer评分治疗后与治疗前比较有提高(P<0.05),FIM评分治疗后与治疗前比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗后比治疗前提高。结论:经过社区和居家康复训练,失能老人的运动功能和生活自理能力有所改善,居家康复训练患者生活自理能力进步较慢。
To explore the effect of community and home rehabilitation training on motor function and self-care ability of disabled elderly.Methods:Select Fifty-four disabled elderly patients who was treated in Sipailou community health service center of Zhenjiang from July 2019 to August 2021,they were randomly divided into community rehabilitation group and home rehabilitation group,There were 26 cases in the community rehabilitation group,1 case in fall,28 cases in the home rehabilitation group,2 cases in fall.Both groups were given conventional drug treatment and rehabilitation training.The home rehabilitation group mainly carried out rehabilitation assessment and rehabilitation guidance through family visit.Before treatment and after12 weeks treatment,Fugl-Meyer(FMA)scale was used to evaluate motor function,and Function Independent Measure(FIM)scale was used to evaluate ADL ability.Results:The Fugl-Meyer score and FIM score in the community rehabilitation group were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the Fugl Meyer score in the home rehabilitation group was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The FIM score was not statistically significant after treatment(P>0.05),but higher than that before treatment.Conclusion:After community and home rehabilitation training,the motor function and self-care ability of disabled elderly have improved,and the self-care ability of home rehabilitation training patients has made slow progress.
