摘要
魔芋葡甘聚糖因具有良好的生物相容性、吸水性及凝胶性而被广泛应用于医用敷料领域,且魔芋葡甘聚糖含量丰富,又可生物降解,以魔芋葡甘聚糖为基底的医用敷料的部分性能较传统类型敷料有其独特优势,同时通过物理和化学等改性,可以研究出各种性能不同的新型敷料。本文总结了魔芋葡甘聚糖的近年来的研究,和其在敷料领域的应用。最后对魔芋葡甘聚糖敷料的发展做出展望。
Konjac glucomannan is widely used in medical dressings because of its good biocompatibility,water absorption,and gelation.Konjac glucomannan is rich in content and equipped with well biodegradable.Some properties of medical dressings based on konjac glucomannan have unique advantages over traditional dressings.At the same time,through physical and chemical modification,new-type dressings with different properties can be prepared.This paper summarizes the research of konjac glucomannan in recent years and its application in medical dressing.Finaliy,the paper prospects the development of konjac glucomannan dressing.
