某抗旱应急引水工程球墨铸铁管水压试验

摘要 以位于原二合镇(2016年7月并入茅台镇)的仁怀市2015年二合镇抗旱应急引水工程为研究对象,对该工程球墨铸铁管安装完成后水压试验全过程展开分析探讨,包括试验前水压试验装置的选用,堵板推力计算,闸阀井阻力及包管混凝土段阻力的计算以及试验过程控制等方面。结果表明,分段水压试验是进行球墨铸铁管输水管道密封性及安装质量的关键性工艺,通过优化水压试验方案,加强试验参数设计及过程管控,提高试验成功率。 This paper analyzes and discusses the entire process of water pressure testing after the installation of ductile iron pipes for the 2015 Erhe Town drought-resistant emergency water diversion project in Renhuai City,located in the former Erhe Town(merged into Maotai Town in July 2016).The study covers the selection of water pressure test equipment before the test,the calculation of plug plate thrust,the calculation of resistance in the gate valve well and the concrete section,and the control of the testing process.The results show that the sectional hydraulic test is the key process for the sealing and installation quality of the ductile Cast iron pipe water delivery pipeline.Through optimizing the hydraulic test scheme,strengthening the design of test parameters and process control,the test success rate is improved.
